We want you to love your Selena Gomez Official Shop purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition items and accessories may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
